Hotel Planner specializes in New Orleans event planning for sleeping rooms and meeting space for corporate events, weddings, parties, conventions, negotiated. We stayed in an oversized room with a King bed, which was perfect in being there several days. The entire hotel - lobby, bar area, outdoor patio area, and rooms - are just gorgeous. Although it's the slow season, we never had an issue with noise from the bar or any other patrons. We were able to request a quiet room, and the way the hotel is designed, what that gave us is a room down a very small "hallway" with access to only two rooms. Take a seat at our signature French-inspired brasserie, Couvant, housed in the former Peychaud Cocktail Bitters factory in downtown New Orleans. Its location is perfect for those who want to be close to (we walked to most of places we visited) but not in the middle of the action of New Orleans. Gather around a table and impress guests with a customized French-Southern menu from our team of chefs and caterers at Couvant, our modern Louisiana brasserie. We stayed here for almost a week while on vacation.
